We provide tailored service and extended warranty programs according to each customers needs. Programs range from basic preventive maintenance visits for the UPS and battery to full extended parts and labor warranty.

IB&S works in conjunction with multiple vendors and UPS manufacturers to maintain a parts inventory for a variety of UPS manufacturers. This inventory of parts plays an integral role in providing our customers with 24 hour a day, 7 day a week emergency response.
